Known as an expert facilitator, he also brings a wealth of experience in real estate matters and an extensive legal background. Grapevine World Villages
In December 2007, Alpert International accepted an marquee engagement to serve as advisor for the 215-acre, $2 billion mixed use development known as Grapevine World Villages located in Grapevine, Texas, an upscale suburb of Dallas and Fort Worth. On behalf of the property owners, Loy Lowary and Rafael Palmeiro, Mr. Alpert took the lead role in negotiations with the city of Grapevine regarding a public/private partnership. Under Mr. Alpert’s direction, the owners’ are hopeful of concluding a public/private partnership in 2008 and breaking ground shortly thereafter. In addition, at the owners’ request, Mr. Alpert engaged in discussions with financial advisors, attorneys, hotels, international companies, theme park operators and bond underwriters. The proposed development includes over 3.2 million sq. ft. of vertical development including retail, dining, entertainment, and office use, a 50-acre Hard Rock Café theme park, a 20-acre Asian garden, a 2,000 seat amphitheatre, two 30,000 sq. ft. conference centers, three high end hotels, a 50,000 sq. ft. fitness center, and a large scale cinema.

Pal Do World
In January 2008, Alpert International was engaged by the owners of Pal Do World Market to explore the development potential for a 20+ acre internationally inspired, sustainable, upscale, mixed use, urban village ideally situated in the heart of Federal Way’s commercial core district. The goal of the development is to provide a balanced, unique and positive lifestyle experience for residents, guests, and retail visitors alike, featuring a performing arts center (upon city participation), a class “A” hotel (along the lines of Intercontinental Hotels, Renaissance Hotels, etc.), one to two levels of ground floor retail and restaurant facilities with residential and office uses atop, and incorporating open, pedestrian friendly, plaza like spaces throughout.
